Seafarer Complaint Procedure of C.K.Marine Agency Sp. z o.o. Szczecin
Company considers all our seafarers as Customers who have their right to register complaints whenever they feel that reasonable grounds for complaint exist.
In order to comply with formal requirements, we would expect to have possible seafarer complaints in writing. Complaint shall contain brief description of the case and seafarer expectations.
Seafarer has two possibilities to forward complaint to the Company: e-mail email@example.com or
regular mail to company mailing address : Tkacka 65/2 , 70-556 Szczecin, Poland.
The Company declares for the honest straightforward and without any delay complaint processing with prompt information of result to seafarer.
In case seafarer complaint will be not handled according to seafarer expectations Company declares to advise seafarer for further complaint procedure handling.
The seafarer's complaints not solved will be notified to the appropriate Maritime Administration Office in Poland, supervising legal activity of C.K.Marine Agency Sp. z o.o.
